Invitation to Share

I have shared most of my life story here, and invite you to do the same. I'm a big fan of the "I lost 100 lbs. and fourteen sizes" stories in magazines, but it does not have to be as dramatic as that.

Controlling excess fat is a not easy, and every small victory matters. I used a number of strange gimmicks to motivate myself, and if something you used seems interesting, let me know.
